How do I choose between in-ear and behind-ear?
In-ear models are smaller and more discreet. Behind-ear models have the main body behind the ear and generally give you larger physical controls. Our buying guide explains the differences in more detail.
Do I have to use Bluetooth on a Bluetooth model?
No. Bluetooth is an extra feature for compatible calls, music and audio. The product's sound amplification functions can still be used without Bluetooth.
How do I choose the right fitting tip?
Start with a medium silicone tip and try a different size if the fit feels too loose or too tight. Several sizes are supplied with our in-ear models.
How should I clean my amplifier?
Use the supplied cleaning tool and a dry, soft cloth. Keep the charging contacts and sound openings clear, and follow the instructions supplied with your model.
