A few simple habits can help keep a rechargeable sound amplifier clean, charged and ready to use.
Keep the product dry
Do not immerse the amplifier or charging case in water. If the product becomes damp, dry the outside carefully with a soft cloth and follow the supplied instructions.
Clean the sound openings
Use the cleaning tool supplied with your model to keep the sound openings clear. Avoid pushing dirt further into the opening.
Wipe the fitting tips
Remove and clean silicone tips as directed in the product instructions. Make sure they are dry before refitting them.
Keep charging contacts clean
Charging contacts should be clean and dry. A soft, dry cloth is usually enough for routine care.
Store the product in its case
The charging or carrying case gives the amplifiers a consistent place to stay between uses and helps protect them when they are not being worn.
