Our current core range is rechargeable. Battery life and charging time vary by model and are shown on each product page.

What is the difference between in-ear and behind-ear?

In-ear models are compact and sit in the ear. Behind-ear models place the main body behind the ear and usually offer larger physical controls.

Do I have to use Bluetooth on a Bluetooth model?

No. Bluetooth is an optional extra for compatible calls, music and audio. The sound amplification functions can still be used without pairing a phone.

Is UK delivery free?

Yes. Standard UK delivery is free on FlexiCare orders.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our returns terms.
